Product Descriptions

Standard Papers

  • White Offset 80gsm – Standard uncoated paper, very white!
  • Contract Vellum 80gsm – As above but with a lighter backing sheet, ideal for large volume/price sensitive jobs.
  • MC Matt 90gsm – Machine coated matt finish, 90gsm high quality grade.
  • MC Gloss 80gsm – Semi-Gloss coated paper. Ideal for a vast range of applications.
  • Contract Gloss 80gsm – As above but with lighter backing sheet, ideal for large volume/price sensitive jobs.
  • Cast Coated 80gsm – High Gloss Paper.
  • Laserprint 70gsm – Uncoated smooth white paper, guaranteed for laser printing.

Boards

Applications include identification labels, promotional tags and any applications where high stiffness and thickness are required.

  • Uncoated Board 150gsm – White uncoated board, ideal if a slightly heavier sheet is required.
  • Litho Board 170gsm – White uncoated board with high stiffness and thickness.
  • Semi-Gloss Board 170gsm – White semi-gloss machine coated board with high stiffness and thickness.
  • Cast Coated 180gsm – White high gloss coated board with high stiffness, thickness and top-quality print results.
  • MC Board 245gsm – White semi-gloss machine coated board with very high stiffness and thickness.

Heavy Weight Backing

  • Kiss Cut Pro Gloss – Standard semi-gloss 80gsm face paper with a 135gsm backing ideal for kiss cutting.
  • Cast Coated Board Back – "Post Card" High Gloss face 80gsm face paper with a 180gsm backing.

Speciality Papers

  • Semi-Gloss Opaque 80gsm – Also known as coverall or blackout. A gloss face paper with a black backing designed to cover up with no show through.
  • Copy CF 57gsm – White CF paper with a special self-copying coating, makes up the bottom sheet of the NCR set.
  • Satin Fabric 120gsm – White gloss 100% acetate silk textile, for laser and thermal transfer printing.
  • Recycled Uncoated 80gsm – White uncoated environmental paper produced from 100% post-consumer recycled fibres.
  • Double Sided Paper Core 62gsm – A paper core with adhesive coating on both sides. For laminating sheet together.
  • Double Sided PP Core 40mic – A clear film core with adhesive coating on both sides. For laminating sheet together with a transparent look.

Design Papers / Wine Labelling

  • White & Cream Laid 90gsm – Uncoated textured lined paper, ideal for wine labels.
  • Felt Candido 90gsm – Uncoated felt marked textured paper, ideal for wine labels
  • Embossed Linea 85gsm – An embossed lined ideal for wine and spirit bottle labels. 
  • Brown Ribbed Kraft 90gsm – An unbleached brown laid paper, giving that natural eco look.

Colours

Yellow / Green / Red / Blue 80gsm – Uncoated paper with an intense colour finish.

Fluorescent Colours

Yellow / Green / Red / Orange 80gsm – Uncoated paper with a radiant colour finish.

Metallic Foils

  • Gloss Gold & Silver 72gsm – Gloss foil top coat, laminated on paper.
  • Matt Gold & Silver 72gsm – Matt foil top coat, laminated on paper.

Litho Films

Top Coated Polypropylene Films – Available in Gloss White and Clear 60mic and Matt White 70mic. The ink receptive top coat helps with printing and drying. Fully oxidising inks for films required.

Adhesives

  • Permanent – General purpose adhesive for industrial information labelling. Application at room temperature. Excellent conversion and guillotine properties.
    Initial Tack: Good | Final Tack: Very Good
  • Removable – Good short and long term removability. Low adhesion, medium cohesion and low tack. Especially suited for treated cardboard, glass, steel and polyolefins. Labels can be easily removed without damaging the surface or leaving any residue.
    Initial Tack: Weak | Final Tack: Medium
  • Supertack – High initial tack and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates such as paper, cardboard, glass and steel.
    Initial Tack: Very Good | Final Tack: Very Good
  • Supertack Plus – Excellent adhesion performances and very high initial tack. Suitable for a wide range of surfaces including high adhesion on rough surfaces such as cardboard boxes.
    Initial Tack: Very Good | Final Tack: Very Good
  • Deepfreeze – Permanent adhesive for a wide range of applications at low temperature conditions. Recommended for food packaging.
    Initial Tack: Medium | Final Tack: Good

Other adhesive options available on request including semi-perm sticker adhesive, water removable, ultra removable microsphere, perm for plastics, skin contact and low perm.

Backing Papers

Stable high quality, dense and consistent white kraft papers, ideal for kiss cutting and cutting down. Plain white so the backing can be printed on if required. Available solid or split-back (splits 38mm apart).

  • Standard 85gsm White Kraft – One-side coated white kraft, solventless silicon coated. Used for the majority of the range.
  • 80gsm White Kraft – One-side coated white kraft, solventless silicon coated. Used on the Contract range.
  • 135gsm White Kraft – One-side coated white kraft, solventless silicon coated. Used for the Kiss Cut Pro Gloss, Satin Fabric and Filmic items.
  • 180gsm White Kraft – One-side coated white kraft, solventless silicon coated. Used on the Cast Coated Board Back "Postcard" grade.
